Photographs

The bulk of the Carmel Clay Historical Society’s photograph collection was taken between the late 19th century and early 20th century. It includes several hundred views of Carmel, present Clay Township, and its residents.

The CCHS would like to increase the number of 20th-century Carmel images in its collections. People can loan their photos to the CCHS. They will be scanned and added to the collection, and originals will be returned to the owners. To loan your items for scanning, please contact us.
